Balinese Villa

Balinese Villa is a breathtaking combination of spectacular ocean vistas and exquisite Balinese style. Villa Balinese overlooks the Turks and Caicos Banks, with an ocean front pool and direct ocean access as well as its own ocean-side sunbathing platform. Inside, the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite baths and 4200 square feet of living space.

The villa's angled infinity pool spans the breadth of the house, seamlessly blending with the azure ocean. An infinity edge heated Jacuzzi cascades into the pool, and an arched pool bridge connects the terrace to the limestone walkway which leads to the ocean front thatched gazebo or the ocean-side platform. Concrete steps from the platform descend directly into to two feet of crystal clear water and a soft sandy floor. Balinese Villa offers so much privacy and connection to the ocean that you will feel like you have the ocean all to yourself.

Great Room

The central great room is like a grand hall with 30' vaulted ceilings, walls of patterned Asian pearl-stone tiles and floors of travertine marble. The open kitchen and dining area are situated on a raised level at the back of the room. The kitchen has Viking appliances, a 6-burner stove, black granite countertops and a center island with 4 stools while the dining area seats 6 at a lovely hardwood table with rattan chairs. The living area is arranged on the lower level facing the magnificent ocean views through the sliding pocket doors, which open directly to the pool terrace and Caribbean Sea beyond. This is a great space to relax and entertain, with an icemaker, fridge and wine coolers concealed in a granite bar, as well as a hydraulically raised 50" plasma TV and music center.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom occupies its own wing of the villa and features 90-degree glass doors facing the ocean and opening onto the pool deck. The king-sized platform bed is centered under the vaulted ceiling for a grand effect and unobstructed views. Other special features include a walk-in closet with custom mahogany shelving, and an open ensuite bathroom with two vessel copper sinks, a separate WC, a separate shower alcove and a raised bathtub with a luxurious waterfall showerhead. The master also has its own terrace with a carved Indonesian day-bed for private respite in the sun and cooling breezes.

Bedrooms 2 and 3

The two other bedrooms occupy the opposite wing of the villa. Both have queen-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, ocean views and glass door access to the pool terrace, as well as a private balcony furnished with a handcrafted Balinese daybed.
