Anacaona

The island's only gourmet oceanfront restaurant, Anacaona's candle-lit tables are nestled in lush gardens and open-air palapas. This romantic setting offers sophisticated Mediterranean-Caribbean cuisine, enhancing local dishes such as lobster and Caicos conch.

French chef Eric Brunel has created an exciting new menu revolving around the island's bountiful seafood and fresh produce. His light and healthy Mediterranean cuisine has a distinctive Caribbean touch and includes dishes such as Ceviche of Turks & Caicos Baby Conch with a Salad of Smoked Cucumber and Plantain with a Ginger and Teriyaki Sauce. Select fine wines complement the gourmet dinner.

Restaurant dress code evenings: casual elegant, long pants and collared shirt for gentlemen.

The Lounge

The decidedly hip Lounge at Grace Bay Club is the island's newest sensation, offering Caribbean-infused tapas dishes, a selection of martinis and tropical cocktails, sophisticated world music and the finest sunset location in Providenciales.

The Grill

The new open-air Grill at the Villas offers lunch and dinner for families of all ages with both adults and children's menus. A full menu of grilled seafood and meat is offered as well as international bistro favorites. Nearby, the swim-up bar at the new beachside pool offers creative cocktails.

Located only 3 minutes drive from the resort, the Provo golf club is considered one of the most challenging and best maintained in the Caribbean.
