Reservations Policies
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax.
- 3 night minimum stay is required except for the following periods that require a five night minimum: Nov 22-27 2007, Jan 17-22, Feb14-19, Mar19-26, May24-30, July3-8, Nov26-Dec02 2008.
- 10 night minimum stay requirement applies during the holiday period (Dec21-Jan4 2008)
- 3 nights deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival (with the exception of Christmas bookings which must be made with a 50% deposit at the time of booking and full payment received by Nov 1st).
Cancellations Policies:
- Deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days from departure minus a $50 cancellation fee
- Christmas/New Year's (Dec 20-Jan2) - Cancellations after Oct 1st and no shows will not be refunded
- Early departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance of the stay or a three night penalty whichever is shorter
Rates include:
- Full American breakfast
- Roundtrip airport transfers on commercially scheduled flights (excluding private arrivals)
- Daily Yoga (except Wednesday) and daily Pilates (except Tuesday)
- Non-motorized watersports
- Daily fruit basket
