April 2010 - One Bedroom Gardenview Toronto Canada
Turks and Caicos Island is a gem, we loved it, the ocean, the people and the beaches. We spent five nights at the Ocean Club Resort, do take note that there are two Ocean Club Resorts and our was the one a little further away from Grace Bay shopping and restaurant, the other one is called Ocean Club West, a bit confusing if you are not familiar with the Island. We booked some excursions a head of time with myturksandcaicos, which was good because most of the time they were full. We went to Iguana Island, you have to go, the Ocean on the other side from where the boat drops you is breathtaking we almost missed the boat going back, but we would have not minded because it was stunning to say the least. Our room was spacious and clean, next time we will book the ocean view though, you will realize why if you come, the colors are amazing. We ate out most nights, took a five minute cab ride into Grace Bay, the restaurants are not cheap so find the local hangouts which we did on our last night. Danny Bouys is a favorite so we ate there, food was ok considering the price, it was double at some others. We had a great time and will definatley be calling you back for our next trip.

March 2010 - Studio Island View
Small but cozy room, just what we ordered. We spent most of our stay on the beach and out in Grace Bay for the evenings. The location of Ocean Club on Grace Bay Beach is good if you want a quiet and beautiful section of beach. Yet on the other hand, it is a little farther from most of the shopping and restaurants. Renting a car or taking the shuttle to Ocean Club West helps to get you around. Walking is also an option during the day, but take a sun hat as the days can get really hot. The nights whilst we were there got cooler so the AC is not needed when sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us know where to go on the Island and helped us book trips if we wanted. We did go on a snorkeling trip and had a blast. Hopefully one day we get to come back and experience this Island again.

July 2009 - 2 Bedroom Oceanview Minneapolis, Minnesota
A great island for a relaxing vacation. Not too much to do town-wise as there is not really a town but a few small strip areas. The property is great. The kids loved and had lots to do while the parents sat around the pool, beachfront restaurant and the beach all day long. The occasional nap was taken on a hammock along the beachfront followed by the grill's award-winning Mojito! Yum! Our suite was perfect. It had a master suite with an en-suite bath, the second bedroom had twins for the kids and their own bathroom as well. The main living area was spacious and the kitchen had all the elements we needed. The patio is what made our stay. After the kids went to sleep we still enjoyed the warm weather on the large patio on the loungers every night. Loved the Ocean Club!

I enjoyed my stay at T&C. It's my 3rd time there and I've stayed at Club Med, The Alexandra and now the Ocean Club. I will be returning next year.

Beautiful condo/hotel resort on the most beautiful beach. Beautifully landscaped, across from the golf course with access to a great restaurant. I found the staff friendly and helpful although a bit slow. I chose the lowest grade option for a suite as it was only a quick getaway for me to see some sun. It was great for the price and the overall resort experience. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. This is the sort of place you want to book when they have specials as it isn't cheap to stay but if you get a good rate like I did it makes it worth while.

February 2009 - 1 Bedroom Pool/Garden View. Raleigh, NC
My family (husband, 2 kids) stayed at this resort during March and loved it. The pools and grounds are kept extremely clean and the location cannot be beat-away from the main town area on a very quiet beachfront. The staff onsite is very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of at every turn. I loved that they provided outdoor grills that were cleaned each day, as a result we grilled several times during the trip. In addition, we enjoyed the free shuttle to Ocean Club West. We spent a few days on the beach adjacent to that resort and found it equally satisfying. Sometimes we walked back to Ocean Club East, but it was always nice to have the shuttle service ready to pick us up. Overall it was a great trip, and the service was first-rate.

March 2008 - 2 Bedroom Ocean/Garden/Pool View Suite Placentia, California
We stayed at the Ocean Club, from Mar. 12th-Mar.19th. We booked with MyTurksandcaicos. We were very happy with our stay on the island and we would love to return. The property was very well managed and very clean. Everyone was very polite. We loved our 2 bedroom suite and the beautiful towels!!! The housekeepers kept it looking great every day! Our favorite part was the water and beach, of course! Divine!!! Overall, we would give our experience with booking and with our stay 10 out of 10 for quality and service. We look back on our trip with fond memories. The only bad experience was missing a suitcase of our daughter's for 2 days. Somehow all of the other bags arrived but her's. We will recommend this site for booking. You were great!

We had a great holiday. The quality of service from My Turks and Caicos was excellent - Nenna was responsive and very helpful. Ocean Club Resort was very nice - the majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. Big Blue Unlimited was excellent for both the diving and an eco tour that we booked while we were there. We would like to return if we can and have already considered the idea of Thanksgiving week in 2008! Suggestions I have for improving the service would be to provide a small e-flyer in advance about the island - interesting places to go etc, perhaps also forewarning people that it is expensive to eat once you are there - mentioning IGA supermarket etc! I also think we would have rented a car if we had realized how scattered everything is and also how expensive the taxi services are. $15 per person to get to the hotel from the airport! Overall though a great holiday! Thank you

We have so many wonderful things to say about our visit to Turks and Caicos! The quality of our accommodation was fantastic and was perfect for our family of 4, 2 being children. The level of service was also fantastic and the staff were so friendly and always eager to help! The quality and level of service of the My Turks and Caicos staff were beyond what we could have imagined. They went well above to answer all of our questions, provided us with all information that we could have needed and were so friendly! We were so lucky to have been able to deal directly with My Turks and Caicos staff and would definitely do it again! We won't hesitate to refer anyone interested in a Turks and Caicos vacation! We love to travel and usually only visit any one place once, and then try somewhere new BUT we can't wait to come back to Turks and Caicos and would definitely contact My Turks and Caicos again when we plan our next trip. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us! We miss it tremendously and have been shoveling snow for 2 days since we returned from our vacation.

First and foremost let me thank you so much for a fantastic vacation! Nenna at my Turks and Caicos was unbelievable; she took care of every detail for our family reunion. Our trip would not have been as great if it was not for her. We had no problems at all because of her efficiency and attention to detail. Everyone had a wonderful time! As you know we stayed at Ocean Club. It was the perfect place for all of us to stay. The rooms were beautiful and more importantly every staff member at the resort was friendly and kind. The onsite events coordinator was super! She would do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. When a complication arose, no problem, she was there to handle it quickly and efficiently. Hopefully, we will be able to return to Turks and Caicos soon. When and if I do, I will most definitely contact the staff at My Turks and Caicos again. I have been telling my friends that they have to visit Turks and Caicos, and when they do, I told them they have to contact My Turks and Caicos to do all their arrangements. Thank you again to My Turks and Caicos, and especially Nenna, for making our family vacation such a wonderful time!!! All the best, hope to be visiting soon.

I would say that the level of service was very good, the exception being the some of front staff/Concierge have to polish their customer service skills. We also recommend that they invest in technology to control mosquitoes by spraying or other method and to have the eating areas covered similar to the Seaside grill on Ocean Club West and screened. There were so many flies that we and other guests had problems eating our meals. This was not the case at Ocean Club West. We will return and book with My Turks and Caicos because of the level of efficiency. Many thanks.
