August 2010 - Two Bedroom Oceanfront Lafayette, Colorado
The condo was amazing. It was clean and accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would come back. The only problems was the airline. American Airlines sucked. We had no luggage for 2.5 days on arrival and were delayed 12 hours on our return flight. I suggest using another carrier.

A quick business trip led me here and had a good stay. Friendly staff, clean room, nice property. Great food at the bar.

April 2009 - Studio Deluxe Brookline, NH
This resort is located on a calm beach. We were very happy with our hotel room. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. It was spacious. It had a kitchen area complete with cooking utensils, washer and drier. It had a large balcony which was screened. We stayed there between March 8 and March 15. At the beginning there was zero fly, insects, and mosquitos. But as time passed, we observed that the number of musquitos started to increase slightly. But it never bothered us. Weather got a little bit cool at night. It was windy at times. We loved the beach. The hotel is situated in a calm area. There weren't a lot of noisy kids around. Music levels were kept low. So it is a nice area to relax and unwind. We did find that that food was a bit pricey but excellent quality. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to their sister hotel which is located at West. There you can find more restaurant alternatives and there is a small downtown area you can walk. Our overall experience with this hotel was very satisfactory. Its staff were helpful and kind.

Me and my wife had a great time in Turks and Caicos. The accommodations and service where great. No one bothered us and the service was there as soon as we needed it. My Turks and Caicos staff was great and very helpful in getting us information about the island. We plan on returning to the island and staying in the same location. We will definitely use you to book our vacation. Thanks for all of your help.

January 2008 - 2 Bedroom Ocean/Garden/Pool View Brooklyn, New York
We had a great time and everything was fine. The accommodations were excellent and so were all the staff and Nenna was very helpful. I am sure we would love to return to the island only the flight and security and check in at Turks and Caicos Airport was a little awkward, but I guess that goes for most destinations where there are small airports and lots of people. My only suggestion is about the window in the bathroom door in the master bedroom. The round window in the bathroom door was across from the bathroom window that faced out to the main hall and staircase. Since the light was left on all night even when the bathroom door was closed it was extremely annoying during the night. We ended up putting a towel over the bathroom door window every night. The solution is the either put a shade over one of the windows or better yet put the lights in the hall on an automatic motion detector after a certain hour. The resort would save money and electricity and the guests would get a better night sleep.

Quality of accommodation was good as was the service. Don't know if or when we will be back but would book thru My Turks and Caicos again

We have so many wonderful things to say about our visit to Turks and Caicos! The quality of our accommodation was fantastic and was perfect for our family of 4, 2 being children. The level of service was also fantastic and the staff were so friendly and always eager to help! The quality and level of service of the My Turks and Caicos staff were beyond what we could have imagined. They went well above to answer all of our questions, provided us with all information that we could have needed and were so friendly! We were so lucky to have been able to deal directly with My Turks and Caicos staff and would definitely do it again! We won't hesitate to refer anyone interested in a Turks and Caicos vacation! We love to travel and usually only visit any one place once, and then try somewhere new BUT we can't wait to come back to Turks and Caicos and would definitely contact My Turks and Caicos again when we plan our next trip. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us! We miss it tremendously and have been shoveling snow for 2 days since we returned from our vacation.
