December 2011 - Studio Gardenview California
I was planning a girls trip and we wanted a beautiful place to go and Turks and Caicos was our choice. Its amazing here. As you fly over the ocean you can see the water change from ocean to tropical waters. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was so nice and the FOOD was amazing! We had sooo much fun! We did conch searching, snorkeling, tour of the island, shopping, bike riding and horse back riding...all booked when we got there. The activities were so much fun and safe. I would definitely go back! The best Caribbean island so far!

November 2011 - One Bedroom Oceanview Wayland, New York
The most wonderful vacation yet. Our travel agent said that one day I would find the place I will return to, and she was right. The Veranda is it. OMG what a place! More sophisticated than a Sandals all inclusive. Rooms, food, service, bar, staff - staff - staff. Perfect!!! Stayed for 11 days, and wasn't enough. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Veranda!!!

March 2011 - Studio Gardenview Pennsylvania
Our JetBlue flight from JFK made it a painless journey to the island. The Veranda had a car waiting for me at the airport, which was a fantastic. The Veranda was pure bliss, I didn't have to think for a minute during my entire stay. I couldn't have asked for more!

January 2011 - 2 Bedroom Oceanfront LA
I was blown away by the Turks and Caicos, what an amazing island. This is paradise, pure bliss. We were initially unsure if we should take such a long flight, but we are so happy we did. The Veranda collected us from the airport and we were greeted by cool refreshing drinks on arrival in the resort. The agent at Myturksandcaicos arranged that we received and upgraded room at the time of booking and informed us of the kids stay for free promotion. That saved us a large sum of money, so thank you Jason. The food in the Veranda was exquisite, the best we've experienced at any all inclusive resort. I eat from the A la carte menu most evenings, although the others enjoyed the themed nightly menu. Our younger kids went to the kids club and really enjoyed mixing, making some friends who they are still in touch with now. We loved the mixture of kids activity and pure luxury and relaxing environment.

November 2010 - One Bedroom Oceanview - All Inclusive Minnesota

The Veranda was absolutely lovely. Aesthetically the rooms were very clean, well decorated and well maintained they even smelled great! The resort grounds were perfectly manicured and a pleasure to stroll through. The beach was beautiful and while The Veranda does not seem to have as much sand space as other hotels in Grace Bay they more than made up for it with excellent beach service. Furthermore there was always an available lounge chair and the beach never once felt crowded the space was more than adequate for the size of the hotel.

Service is what makes this hotel outstanding in a field of extraordinary choices. The staff at the Veranda from the top down is committed to making sure that you are happy. There is a can-do attitude from every staff member that is a refreshing change from nearly every other high end hotel experience I have had. There are a bevy of employees walking around asking how they can improve your day! The food was excellent and the variety was very good. It was not 5 star restaurant quality but it was delicious, varied and plentiful the buffet theme changed nightly and there was a menu to order from as well and food service. A couple nights I ordered off the menu the chef was happy to make whatever I wanted. One evening I remarked to the manager that I would love the recipe for a cookie they had served at desert and within 10 minutes he had arranged for a private baking lesson with the head pastry chef the next morning (during which time I wrote down! the recipe).

We booked a garden view studio and were automatically upgraded to a one bedroom ocean view. The refrigerator was restocked every day with a variety of soda and beer nice touch. Maid service twice a day. My only complaints about the resort are: 1) No hotel shop to buy sunscreen, a tee shirt, candy bar, etc. I'm told that one is in the works. The driver was happy to drive me into town to buy sunscreen but I'd have preferred to have been able to buy at the hotel. 2) A couple days of the trip there were not clean towels in the morning by 10 AM there were ample towels but housekeeping needs to pick up dirty towels and wash them in the evening instead of waiting until morning. 3) Nearly every day I had to alert the staff that the ladies room was short on or out of toilet paper and hand soap housekeeping needs to check and stock the bathrooms with greater frequency. Other than those complaints the resort was delightful. I am a difficult customer to please! and I was very happy with the service and product. We will be returning next year.

Worth noting after talking to fellow guests it would seem that the price I received using myturksandcaicos was about $50 a night less than what others paid using other traditional online booking agents NOT including the free upgrade. That being said, everyone I spoke to seemed to have been upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. Nevertheless my experience with the agency was top notch and I will use myturksandcaicos again.

September 2010 - One Bedroom Oceanview WI
We booked when the free upgrade was being offered and so getting the Ocean View was a plus for us. And boy was it worth it, the color of the water is out of this world, I have never seen that many blues in an Ocean. The room was large and spacious with a full kitchen, not that we needed it, this is an All inclusive Resort. The food was great and they changed it up everyday so you were not eating the same food over again. Lots of choices and the staff were amazing. We booked through this web-site and it was simple and easy. We even asked for recommendations on activities and restaurants and Jillian sent them to us before we arrived so we could organize it all. We will be booking again for 2012 and if the prices are right we will stay at the Veranda again for sure.

August 2010 - One Bedroom Oceanview Baltimore, MD
The staff at the Veranda were brilliant, very attentive and knew your name every time they saw you, very impressive. Our room was spectacular, very roomy and had everything we needed, much like being home. The view was truly unforgettable, the color of the ocean was breathtaking. Food at the buffet was good, but the menu was better. There was a different theme each night to the buffet so you could see they had made the effort to mix it up as there is only one main restaurant. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a great beach and friendly staff then the Veranda is for you.

July 2010 - Studio Oceanview Toronto, ON
Just over a 4 hour flight on West-Jet and the turquoise water awaits. I have never seen anything quite like it and we have traveled to many places. Relax, eat and drink were our top three to do's and that is exactly what we did. The room was perfect for the amount of time spent in there, clean, new and modern. The beach just steps away and the staff were amazing, we have nothing negative to say about the Veranda.

May 2010 - One Bedroom Gardenview Clark, New Jersey
We had a wonderful time at the Veranda all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos.we were greeted at the airport by Fitzroy and driven to the hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. The feather beds were soooooo comfortable. My sister and my friend got a suite and my husband and I got a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The employees are so accommodating and helpful. The food was very good, but a little more selection would have been good. The drinks were great, especially when Angie made them. The best mud slide I ever had. Eldridge made sure we were quite comfortable at the pool and beach. We were there from May22- May 27. It was truly a paradise!!!!!

April 2010 - 1 Bed Gardenview Boulder, CO
Fabulous deal for a luxury resort. We booked for under $600/night All-Inclusive. Brand new. Best beach we've ever seen. Great food everywhere. We love the Turks!

April 2010 - Studio Oceanview Ohio
Brand new, it felt like we were the first to stay in the room. Maybe we were, it did not matter as our stay went according to plan. Just what we needed. We were upgraded to an Oceanview room as part of a promotion running at the time we booked. The studio has a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, kitchen accessories. It also has a Cuisinart coffee maker and an Espresso maker and the Illy pods are provided. The studio also has a stackable washer/dryer, which was great because if you needed to do laundry. Next to the kitchen was another room with a small dining table and a love seat and a large flat screen TV. Off of that room was a balcony with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is large and obviously everything was very clean and stayed that way with twice daily housekeeping services. With just the one restaurant we still had enough choice, there is also a bar that serves snacks and lunch and the drinks come plentiful. We walked about 15 minutes along the Beach to snorkel and we were not disappointed in what we saw. A great time and we will be back!

March 2010 - 1 bedroom Oceanview
If you like long walks on the beach this is the place for you. We learnt that the hotel had just opened in February so with only about 40 of the rooms booked during our stay it was like no-one else was around. Perfect and peaceful our dream holiday. We were met at the airport by the driver he had a fresh towel and water, we really needed it as the heat hit us as we walked out. The drive was 10 mins and we were welcomed by the front desk staff. Our room was booked as a gardenview and the upgrade that we were promised at the time of booking our reservation was honored. Oceanview, wow what an ocean it is. The resort restaurant has outdoor tables and couches around a burning coal pit at night. The fitness center and the spa are both beautiful and there is an area where the concierge is located that has three Mac computers set up that guests can use to check email, etc. We found lots to do, ask for the car to take you to Grace Bay for the quaint stores and night life. We loved our time on this Island and will try and be back real soon!
