March 2011 - Two Bedroom Oceanview Denver, CO
First time to TCI. We were so happy with the West Bay Club for so many reasons. First, beautiful property, well maintained, wonderful suite. We loved the location along Grace Bay, only one hotel adjacent (the Gansevoort) otherwise an open feel to it and not crowded like other hotels along Grace Bay. Friendly beach staff, at our service if you needed them, making sure we were comfortable and assisting with all water activities. Front desk very helpful ensuring our comfort and nice waitresses helping with breakfast and lunch. We actually enjoyed our suite on the main floor, it was at the far end and felt secluded and we were able to walk to the beach from our patio. A quick plug for Horse-Eye Jack's, a restaurant on the other end of Turtle Cove. Great conch soup, amazing jerk chicken and delicious home made chocolate cake and key lime pie. We enjoyed it so much, we ate their twice. Well thanks WBC for a wonderful time.

December 2010 - One bedroom oceanview New York
We are so happy that we chose the West Bay Club. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they made sure we had what we needed and more! The location on Grace Bay beach is superb, away from the main through traffic, it felt like our own piece of paradise. The only thing I would say is that the pool is a bit on the small side. Talking with the agent who suggested the WBC we were not sure at first, because the price seemed much lower than the other resorts, but we are glad we listened and thought the value for money was excellent. The room was very spacious, with great facilities in there, especially the I-doc. We are already missing the snorkeling and great reef just out from the resort. We hope to go back to the the Turks and we will definitely stay at the WBC.

November 2009 - 2 Bedroom Luxury VA
We got a great rate through My Turks and Caicos and were talked into the Luxury suite rather than the regular 2 Bedroom and we were very thankful as it gave my family a much larger space. The property was relatively quiet as was the beachfront area which was a nice change from our regular trips to Jamaica. Balconies were large and had nice furnishings, the pool was smaller than though but still we spent most of our time on the beach so it wasn't a bother. In fact is was very quiet around the pool so it was a nice place to relax while the rest of our family were on the beach. The food was good and prepared fresh everyday right before our eyes as the grill/kitchen is right outdoors by the seating. We also went next door to Bagatelle at the Gansevoort and the food was amazing but very pricey. A great property at great rates. We will most likely return here next year unless there is something in the similar price range and just as nice.
