The Palms Spa

The spiritual heart of The Palms, The Spa at The Palms, is nearly a destination in and of itself. Conceived by Angel Stewart of Las Ventanas al Paraiso, The Golden Door and Ritz-Carlton (Rancho Mirage) fame, it is spread over an acre site and encompasses 25,000 sq. feet of elegant space. Treatment rooms are stand-alone and surrounded by water, each with its own water feature by day and fire feature by night. In a garden area, six white tented cabanas provide a different setting for island-inspired herbal treatments. Two extraordinary spa suites are also available for individual guests or couples to create a custom experience of treatments, relax in a private plunge pool Jacuzzi, and enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner for two on a garden patio.

The Spa at The Palms exclusively uses Temple Spa products, a first in the Caribbean, and take their inspiration from both the bounty of the Turks and Caicos Islands as well as the Mediterranean. Signature treatments at The Spa include 'Mother of Pearl Body Exfoliation' which uses a precious blend of hand crushed local queen conch shells to gently revitalize and soften, 'Little Drops of Caribbean Rain' whereby hundreds of tiny drops of essential oils are applied along the spine to awaken every nerve ending, and 'Moonlight and Stars' which enables two guests to enjoy a massage in the privacy of their own patio to the sound of the lapping ocean, beneath the twinkling of the stars. The unique indigenous island treatment of 'Zareeba', meaning "protected enclosure", allows guests their own herbal steam, cleansing and detoxification ritual, provided in private enclosures, including inhalation of aromatic steam from a blend of freshly brewed therapeutic herbs, followed by a cooling wrap and a toxin release body massage to complete the purification ritual.

Many of the treatments available in The Spa at The Palms may also be taken in a guest's room for the ultimate in relaxation in a private setting. Either indoors or on one's expansive private terrace, The Spa comes to you. Another in a long list of bespoke services available to our guests.

Other features adding to the guest experience include a special airport arrival service where guests receive chilled aromatic treatment towels from The Spa at The Palms, 'Get A Life' product line, along with water to re-hydrate themselves after their flight. Once guests arrive at the resort, they are treated with 'Arrival on Ice', a complimentary 'All Even' (described as a dry shower in a bottle) spa product on crushed ice served by spa staff. When guests leave The Palms, they are provided with tissues infused with 'Breath of Life' to help the clearing of the sinuses, essential for pre-flight preparations.
