Reservations Policies:

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax.
• Additional nights can be added to Packages at regular rates plus 10% service and 10% tax.
• 1 additional adult allowed in 1,2,3 bedroom suites only.
• Children 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with parents (maximum 1 child in Luxury Rooms and 2 children in Suites).
• Minimum stay: 7 nights for arrivals Dec 20-31, Feb 8-12, Mar 14-18, March 21-25
• 3 nights deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival (with the exception of Christmas bookings which must be made with a 50% deposit at the time of booking and full payment received by Nov 1st).

Cancellation Policies:

• Deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days from departure minus a $50 cancellation fee
• Christmas/New Year's (Dec 20-Jan2) - Cancellations after Oct 1st and no shows will not be refunded
