The Regent Palms Luxury Spa

The Spa at The Palms Resort

For a luxurious health and beauty break the Turks and Caicos Islands offer a distinct setting on Grace Bay Beach. In 25,000sq feet of sumptuous natural surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of hectic city life, enjoy a privileged moment of relaxation and discover The Spa at The Regent Palms. A sanctuary devoted to the fine art of well-being, The Palms Spa presents idyllic and peaceful surroundings for you to unwind in the calm comfort of true Caribbean luxury.

If you booked the Spa Package at The Palms, your journey of health and relaxation beings upon your arrival to Providenciales airport where you are greeted with a chilled aromatic treatment towel from The Spa, 'Get A Life' product line, along with water to re-hydrate yourself after your travel.

The Regent Palms Massage

A specialized team of staff welcomes you to this generous haven of peace comprised of numerous private treatment rooms each surrounded by a water feature for the day and a fire feature by night. This entire oasis has a warming effect from the light of the crystal waters to the aroma of natural blended oils used from the Temple Spa product line. You can choose to have your treatment in one of the white tented cabanas in the garden area or in your own private hotel suite. For the ultimate romantics, come and relax in one of the two spa suites available for you to customize your treatments and enjoy at your leisure. Relax in the plunge pool Jacuzzi after a romantic candlelight dinner on the garden patio.

The Spa boasts a large variety of treatments such as 'Little Drops of Caribbean Rain' whereby hundreds of tiny drops of essential oils are applied along the spine to awaken every nerve ending and its signature 'Mother of Pearl Body Exfoliation' which uses a precious blend of hand crushed local queen conch shells to gently revitalize and soften the skin. Don't feel like venturing outside of your suite? Try the 'Moonlight and Stars' treatment which enables two guests to enjoy a massage in the privacy of their own patio to the sound of the lapping ocean, beneath the twinkling of the stars. As the Bride-to-be you surely cannot pass on the 'Beautiful Bride' package offering a day of unwinding and pampering before your special wedding day. In addition to these, a further number of massages, water-based therapies, facial care programs, waxing and men's treatments are also available. We advise to make your reservation in advance.

If you feel like taking some further time to relax, come along to one of the daily Yoga, Pilates or Mediation sessions situated at the heart of The Palms Spa overlooking the beautiful central water garden. You can also choose to book a private class with your own personal Yoga or Pilates instructor and end with a private meditation class, all available upon request. For the ultimate health getaway, book a consultation with our private nutrition counselor for a diet analysis and menu planning for your stay and beyond.
