Reservations Policies:
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax.
- Additional nights can be added to Packages at regular rates plus 10% service and 10% tax.
- 2 additional person allowed in 1,2,3 bedroom suites only.
- Children 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with parents.
- Minimum stay: 7 nights on bookings overlapping Dec 20-Jan 2.
- 3 nights deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival (with the exception of Christmas bookings which must be made with a 50% deposit at the time of booking and full payment received by Oct 1st).
- Early departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance of the stay.
- Airport Transfers are available for $20pp round trip.
Cancellation Policies:
- Deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days from departure minus a $50 cancellation fee
- Christmas/New Year's (Dec 20-Jan2) - Cancellations after Oct 1st and no shows will not be refunded
