Room Descriptions

The Sands at Grace Bay offers the discriminating traveler a degree of luxury and quiet privacy rarely encountered. All aspects of the resort suggest a warm, relaxing atmosphere where there is an emphasis on superior amenities and friendly personal service. Each suite at The Sands at Grace Bay has been designed to capture the incredible oceanviews and lush tropical scenes of Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches on Earth. It just doesn't get any better.

You are invited to soak in the scenery with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors opening out to the sea or gardens. Oversized and beautifully furnished in a traditional Caribbean flavor, each suite comes complete with amenities that provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience, from an in-room washer and dryer (except Studio Courtyards) to large, fully-furnished balconies.

Studio

All Studios have kitchenettes that include a mini-fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware, cutlery and a small sink. Also, each unit has ceiling fans, air-conditioning, color television w/ remote, cable television, data port hook-ups, a clock radio, in-room safes, washer/dryer (except Studio Courtyards), and direct-dial telephones.

Studio Courtyard - Maximum Occupancy is two (2). Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and full bathroom, sitting area, a view from bedroom window into courtyard.
Studio Gardenview - Maximum Occupancy is two (2). Master bedroom with King sized bed and full bathroom, sitting area, a view of the garden, with private screened balcony.
Studio Oceanview - Maximum Occupancy is two (2). Master bedroom with King or Queen sized bed, full bathroom, private screened balcony with oceanview.
Studio Oceanfront - Maximum Occupancy is two (2). Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, full bathroom, and private screened balcony facing the ocean with sitting room.

One Bedroom

All One Bedroom Suites have a beautifully appointed kitchen containing all modern appliances including a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery. Also included are ceiling fans, air-conditioning, color television w/ remote, cable television, dataport hook-ups, a clock radio, in-room safes, and direct-dial telephones.

One Bedroom Suite Gardenview - Standard occupancy is two (2), maximum occupancy is four (4). Master bedroom with King or Queen sized bed, full bathroom, and private screened balcony with a view of the gardens, living/dining room that has a Queen sleeper sofa.
One Bedroom Suite Oceanview - Standard occupancy is two (2), maximum occupancy is four (4). Master bedroom with King or Queen sized bed, full bathroom, private screened balcony with a view of the ocean, living/dining room that has a Queen sleeper sofa.
One Bedroom Suite Oceanfront - Standard occupancy is two (2), maximum occupancy is four (4). Master bedroom with King sized bed, 1 ½ bathrooms, private screened balcony on the oceanfront, living/dining room which has a Queen sleeper sofa.
One Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront - Standard occupancy is two (2), maximum occupancy is four (4). Master bedroom with King sized bed, bathroom off master including a Jacuzzi tub, double sink vanities and a bidet, a ½ bathroom, 800 sq. foot wrap around balcony on the oceanfront with access from the bedroom or the living/dining room, sitting room that has a Queen sleeper sofa.

Two Bedroom

All Two Bedroom Suites have a beautifully appointed kitchen containing all modern appliances including a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery. Also included are ceiling fans, air-conditioning, color television w/ remote, cable television, dataport hook-ups, a clock radio, in-room safes, and direct-dial telephones.

Two Bedroom Gardenview - Standard occupancy is four (4), maximum occupancy is six (6). Two Bedroom Oceanview - Standard occupancy is four (4), maximum occupancy is six (6).
