December 2007 - One Bedroom Gardenview. Westport, Connecticut
The accommodation was pretty much as we had hoped. The fitness center was disappointing (small and very old equipment) and the tennis court was in desperate need of re-surfacing (the ball bounced very erratically and often kicked so high that you could hardly reach it). It would have been nice to have had a games room (eg with a pool table) for our kids to use and the hospitality room could easily have been used for this - it didn't seem to be used for hospitality whilst we were there.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very welcoming and couldn't have been more friendly but the restaurant staff in general were not as welcoming - there were a couple of friendly restaurant staff but the majority seems rather uninterested in their work.
We will possibly return to the Turks and Caicos Islands again and I would book through you.
August 2007 - Studio Gardenview. Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
Everything was excellent! We will look forward to returning. Thank you very much for your help My Turks And Caicos.
August 2007 - Two Bedroom Oceanview. North Carolina
The resort itself was beautiful. It was a nice layout, and the grounds were kept clean. But we did have some problems during our stay. The level of service left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival at the airport there was a taxi that we were told we had to pay for. Our kitchen was covered with ants the first day we were there, to the point that the hotel staff came in and had to completely clean, disinfect, and wipe down again the entire kitchen, including the drawers and cabinets. We were not moved to another room, which seemed to me like the logical, accommodating thing to do. The rooms were cleaned daily, including the bath towels. But fresh towels were not left in the room. We had to call for them at least 5 days out of our stay. There was a TV and DVD player in the main room and in the master bedroom. When we tried to watch a movie that we brought we discovered the DVD player was not hooked up to either one of the TV's. There were no cables from the TV to the DVD player. They were gone. We called about that for 3 days before we were finally told that the resort did not have wires and again there was nothing they could do(or were willing to do) to help us. They did suggest a store where we could go buy wires to hook up the DVD player. Another disappointment, the food at Hemingway's was fair. The lobster pasta was wonderful, but the rest of the menu was mediocre. The staff at Hemingway's was horrible. Not friendly, never smiled, never made you feel welcome, always seemed to be pissed off at the fact that they had to wait on us, as well as the other vacationers. We have visited the island several times before always staying at the Royal West Indies, but this time tried another resort and were very disappointed. Any future trips to the island will be booked there. I have no complaints with the service or staff of My Turks and Caicos. We definitely will be returning to the island again. It is one of our favorite vacation spots.

Thank you for your warm reception and on-going professional service. We found it a bit difficult to pre-book our activities direct with tour operators prior to arrival mainly because of the time difference, but with your help we were able to organize every detail of our trip, prior to even landing on Providenciales. Thanks!
