Accommodations were superb and service excellent from start to finish. The level of service from My Turks and Caicos staff was excellent, however some of the services you told us about were actually available through the hotel; everything else we found out through the concierge who was very helpful. We'd like to come back again!

The rooms (at The Somerset) were well maintained and we will definitely be returning. The quality and level of service from My Turks and Caicos staff was very helpful and we will be booking (with My Turks and Caicos) again.

The My Turks and Caicos staff were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the islands, each resort down to the concierge staff and the best places to go for activities and dining. Thank you for sharing your secrets! The Somerset is truly a 5* resort!
