From the curving infinity edge pool with a walkover bridge and mini waterfall feature, to the thatched gazebo that’s a swim-up bar on one-side, outdoor kitchen in the middle, and swivel bar stool seating on the other side, Avalon is like a private resort. The travertine marble pool deck and patio areas are furnished with loungers, patio umbrellas and a dining set by the gazebo, so you can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean and the waterfall, or turn on the villa’s sound system for the music of your choice. The gazebo features GE Monogram stainless steel gas grill, fridge and ice maker as well as fans, up lighters, spot lights and speakers connected to the villa's sound system, making it the perfect place to dine and entertain in the evening.

Overlooking the pool deck are the air conditioned family room, the spectacular open air dining room, and the large and airy kitchen. The family room features a large wall of sliding pocket doors to bring in the magnificent ocean views and the gentle trade winds. The comfortable tropical furnishings provide a great place to kick back and read a book or watch a movie on the 50" plasma TV with satellite service, DVD player, DVD library and Home Theatre surround sound. The open air dining room is a beautiful place to dine, while enjoying the views of the ocean to the front and Turtle Cove Marina to the rear. The luxurious al fresco dining is complete with a custom made mosaic-topped dining table which comfortably seats eight, lit by a massive and exquisite iron chandelier. Connected to the dining room on the other side, the kitchen is bright and open, with high-end stainless steel appliances and a granite island with seating for six. Sliding pocket doors open to the ocean and a few steps down to the pool.

Each of the villa's four large bedrooms are air conditioned, have a TV, DVD player, generous closet space and an en-suite bathroom containing a large walk-in shower and double vanity, and finished with travertine, granite and marble. The rooms are decorated with individual character to a high standard. The Master Suite is especially grand with nearly 360 degree views of the pool and the ocean and an outdoor shower for two.
