An Excerpt from Carly’s Summer Trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands
It was my first vacation to Turks and Caicos and I was lucky enough to stay at the Seven Stars Grace Bay Hotel. I had no clue what to expect but boy was I blown away!
The first day when I got to Seven Stars I was completely exhausted. I had been running around all day and I had had barely a minute to myself. Thankfully my check in was effortless. They sat me down with a much needed cocktail and cold towel as soon as I walked into the lobby while they got my keys and information all sorted out.
Once everything was squared away I was escorted to my room. My room was absolutely amazing! I was in one of their studio ocean front rooms on the 6th floor which gave me the most spectacular view of Grace Bay Beach. I could actually see down the entire beach! The room itself was just wonderful, the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom was better than I could ever imagine.
What stood out most for me was the giant soaker tub. After such a long day it was definitely calling my name. I grabbed the bottle of wine that the hotel staff had kindly left for me, poured myself a glass and drew my bath. To top it all off they had a live band playing down at their beach front bar, the Deck, so I just popped open my window and had great relaxing island music to listen to. All in all it was the perfect beginning to an absolutely amazing Turks and Caicos vacation.
