Standing proud upon Grace Bay Beach and stronger than the sum of their parts, the Ocean Clubs Turks and Caicos are like two brothers ready and eager to show you the best of Providenciales. As they say in Thailand, "same same but different". These four-star resorts on the most pristine section of the world's best beach are outstanding, and whichever property you decide to stay at - Ocean Club Resort or Ocean Club West - you're sure to have an amazing trip. After all, with a policy of 'stay at one, be a guest of both' you are basically getting two hotels for the price of one. That's full access to all the conveniences and comforts and wonderful amenities of both. Which ain't a bad deal if you ask us.
They're located just down the beach from each other, in a casual fifteen-minute stroll down the white sand beach or a free shuttle from front door to front door. The Ocean Club Resort is the more serene and thoughtful of the brothers while Ocean Club West is the sportier and more active sibling. Ocean Club facilitates pure relaxation and intimacy with its peaceful location. It's a place where lovers and laidback friends can come and enjoy the simple things in life. It's a blissful hideaway enough removed from the action yet close enough to the hub of restaurants and shopping for when you want to participate. It's also right next door to one of the greatest golf courses in the Caribbean at the Provo Golf Club, in case that's up your alley.
Ocean Club West is vibrant and energetic, with a wide array of activities to get involved with. Water sports like scuba diving or snorkeling the colorful reefs, parasailing, kayaking, deep sea fishing, and more will give you plenty to do and plenty to write home about. The more open design of Ocean Club West offers slightly less privacy than Ocean Club yet with more oceanfront views to take in the spectacular sights of Providenciales at Grace Bay.
The accommodation is lovely, with cottage style lodging in a variety of casually elegant suite layouts. They come in a range of options, from three varieties of studio suites to one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. All of the spacious and bright studio suites are decorated in vibrant Caribbean colours and patterns and come with amenities like kitchenettes and screened balconies. The bedroom suites come with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchens, and large balconies - most with spectacular beach and ocean views.
One of the best aspects to Ocean Clubs is that there is something for everybody, from young to young at heart, regardless of tastes and inclinations. The pools are outstanding, one that meanders through a tropical garden and one that is the ultimate lounge zone. There are three tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness centre and along with a plaza of shopping onsite. There's an excellent spa onsite as well that offers so much bliss and beauty to help you get perfectly vibed up to fully appreciate and enjoy your vacation to the max. It's super romantic and well established for weddings and special events. The dining is great, with several unique restaurants offering authentic Caribbean cuisine and live music and entertainment.
One big tip for the budget minded guest is to investigate which of the two resorts is offering the better deal during your dates then go with that one. May as well, as you get full access to both properties and would be rude of you not to save a few dollars on our vacation.
