Parrot Cay Yoga Retreats
COMO Shambhala hosts residential wellness retreats, workshops, seminars and other holistic health-related events at our properties worldwide. Led by renowned visiting masters, these events focus on improving guests’ yoga, Pilates and other wellness practices with a results-driven agenda. They generally involve five hours of practice each day over a five-day period and may also include workshops, COMO Shambhala Cuisine and appropriate therapies.
The Curry Sisters’ Restore Retreat

Yoga specialists and sisters, Andrea and Christina Curry, will be leading a six-night retreat at Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos. Through creative sequencing and open dialogue, this empowering retreat will encourage the exploration of habitual thoughts and behaviours, strengthen the mind and body, and inspire a more conscious way of living and communicating. Practitioners will leave feeling truly restored and more adept in their personal practice. The retreat will be open to all levels of practice. Daily classes will include Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Restorative asana practice, grounding and recharging pranayama as well as daily meditation. The sisters will use their years of practice and teaching experience to inspire participants to connect to their bodies, minds and hearts and to embody their greatness.
Throughout the retreat week guests can choose COMO Shambhala treatments, whether it is a calming COMO Shambhala Massage or Reiki session. Daily meals from the healthy and delicious COMO Shambhala Cuisine menu will complement the rounded physical, mental, and spiritual experience.
