Your Guide to Choosing the Perfect Villa.
For those seeking the ultimate in luxury on their Caribbean vacation, nothing beats a villa in Turks and Caicos. The incredible climate, breathtaking scenery, and plentiful recreational opportunities makes the islands of Turks and Caicos a dream getaway destination; so consider a private villa as your exclusive home away from home. Choosing the perfect villa may be a tough decision, mainly because there are so many incredible options to choose from! So use this guide to contemplate and visualize the amenities and facilities you want for your villa options in Turks and Caicos -- in order to make the decision a bit easier.
Beachfront Property or Ocean Views
Perhaps the most popular request from travelers planning a Turks and Caicos vacation is THE BEACH. There are many obvious reasons why this is ideal, (namely the purely aesthetic pleasure of being planted right on the azure water's edge as the gentle washing of the waves eases you into deep relaxation). Not only will you step outside your villa onto the powdery sugar white sand, but it will allow you to enjoy non-motorized watersports without the need to travel at all. Children and adults alike will appreciate a villa that is situated on beachfront property, especially if the beach is a private one reserved just for you.
Another popular villa option when staying in Turks and Caicos is an ocean view. Instead of a direct beachfront property, an ocean view is located at a slight elevation in order to allow for unobstructed and sweeping views of the sparkling Caribbean sea. Who wouldn't want to watch the spectacular sunsets reflecting off the water from the comfort of your own luxury villa? In many cases, guests can find a villa in Turks and Caicos that includes both a breathtaking ocean vista AND is still just a few short steps from that big beautiful beach.
Pools and Outdoor Living Spaces
Private pool access is often a request of renters interested in villas in Turks and Caicos. Most upscale villas will have pools onsite, but its up to you to determine what size pool you need and whether you want to have a surrounding patio for lounge chairs. Of course, some renters won't prioritize a villa with a pool if they already have access to the beach.
Having a private outdoor living space is a highly sought after option for villas in Turks and Caicos. Since the climate is warm and pleasant year round, visitors will want to have a private space for relaxing, enjoying the weather, and dining al fresco. Decide if you would prefer a covered patio, an open pool deck, or even a large garden for children to play.
Included Staff and Proximity to Nearby Attractions
Many villas in Turks and Caicos will have staff included in the weekly or nightly rates. Keep your villa immaculate with the help of a part-time housekeeper. Be chauffeured around the island by your own driver. Enjoy the services of a private butler to keep your drinks full. Stay safe with a security guard watching over the property. Or have your own private chef on hand to cook delicious gourmet meals for you and your party.
Another villa option you may want to consider is how close you will be to other attractions on the island. Decide how important it is to be close to restaurants, shopping, other hotels or the best Turks and Caicos activities. With all this in mind, we know you'll make the perfect choice - and if you need any more help figuring it out, well, we're always here for you.

Although I didn’t have the chance to stay in Donna Karen’s Villa I did have a fantastic tour and loved every inch of it! I even took a few minutes to relax in her hammock, sigh!
I’ve seen all three and WOW! They are amazing. Highly recommend.
