The main building is sited at the top of a 50-foot rise (the highest point on the island) and the two-story, red-tile-roof buildings that house Parrot Cay’s luxurious suites and villas cascade down the hill to the beach – a 3.2-mile-long ribbon of powdery white-sand bordered by crystalline azure waters. Along the beach you’ll find the one- and two-bedroom suites, most with private pools and direct access to the beach. The expansive Infinity Pool overlooks the ocean and the daybeds invite relaxation, bliss, and beauty. The wooden Tiki Huts can be used for simple lounging or as the venue for a romantic private dinner.
Life on Parrot Cay is as you please. Go diving or snorkelling in the stunning coral reef, windsurfing and kayaking, or deep-sea fishing to try and haul in a marlin. Relax on the beach, lounge by the pool, pamper yourself in the spa. Or indulge in food and drink – the restaurants are amazing and serve incredibly fresh and delicious seafood, as well as a health-focused menu with raw foods and vegetarian focus. Lotus is the poolside restaurant and bar – only steps from the water’s edge – serving a light-fare at lunch and Southeast Asian cuisine for dinner, while the Terrace serves excellent Italian-inspired Mediterranean cuisine. The food is another welcome addition to the vividly sensational experience of Parrot Cay.
